To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
  • Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days

5. Exchanges & Replacements

Where applicable, defective or damaged items may be replaced rather than refunded, depending on stock availability and customer preference.

6. Warranty Coverage

Most solar products sold by ShineWave Energy carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Typical warranty coverage includes defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

7. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

ShineWave Energy will assist in submitting claims to manufacturers but does not guarantee manufacturer approval.
